辊底式热处理生产线主要用于大批量零部件球化退火、等温退火热处理工艺，或零部件等温正火处理。
The Roller Hearth Spheroidization Annealing Furnace Line is mainly used for spheroidization annealing or austenizing normalizing processes of mass products with high production rate requirement.

棍棒式球化退火炉生产线由上料台，预热炉，真空锁气室，退火加热炉，冷却室，球化室，快冷室，后真空锁气室，卸料台，抽真空系统，氮气保护系统，温度、电气控制及计算机监控系统等组成。
The Roller Hearth Spheroidization Annealing Furnace Line is mainly consist of loading system, fast-heating chamber, pre-vacuum chamber, annealing chamber, cooling chamber, spheroidization chamber, quick-cooling chamber, post-vacuum chamber, unloading system; with additional vacuum pumping system, N2 protection system, temperature, electrical control as well as computer supervision system.

该辊底式退火炉连续生产线是一种连续贯通式炉。工件的支撑及传送由排布于炉底的可旋转的棍棒完成。
The Roller Hearth Annealing Furnace is a unidirectional moving continuous furnace. The parts is supported and moved by the roller arranged on the furnace hearth.

生产线全部动作的控制采用可编程控制器（PLC）控制。通过触摸屏显示可以清楚地了解全部设备的运行状态和各种工艺参数。整个操作全部自动化完成，并配备自锁的安全警报系统，使设备的控制稳定性和可靠性有了保障。
The furnace is controlled by programmable logical controller (PLC). The furnace state shall be display on the touch panel. The operating is complete automatic. An interlock and safety alarm system is provided to ensure the line running stability and reliability.
